Hybrid coverage for coaching psychology conference

This two-day conference with the British Psychological Society had a packed programme. We were there to cover photography and video for the whole event. From the keynotes to the workshops and the coffee breaks to the marketplace. We delivered a set of around 400 photos, plus six short videos, including a conference overview, a dedicated video around the conference theme and some keynote focus videos.

Two days in Dublin for the IPDA Conference

The 2026 conference of the International Professional Development Association took place in Dublin, Ireland. Over two days we were there to capture the speakers, the delegates, the workshop, keynotes and more. A huge set of photos were delivered alongside several videos, two are shown below, showing presenters speaking about their experiences and some reflections from a delegate and award winner.

Documenting journal’s writing retreat

We popped in briefly to the writing retreat for Practice journal, whose writing fellows were busy meeting with mentors and working independently and collaboratively with journal editors. The resulting photos are a useful set of imagery for future promotions.

Easter Egg Charity Donations

A lovely few hours out with the Tara Group egg drop team, as they went to Acorns Children’s Hospice and Birmingham Children’s Hospital to drop off several hundred eggs as part of their ongoing charitable and volunteering activities. This short video for LinkedIn is mostly footage to music with a short comment from the hospital’s partnerships manager.

Professional development conference photography

It was a pleasure to capture this IPDA England Conference at the University of Wolverhampton. We were there to document the insightful keynotes, delegate paper presentations and a few creative workshops. We’re always trying to catch a bit of everything – keynote portraits, a shot or two of each presenter to document their contribution, delegate interactions and reactions, as well as some smiles and quirky shots. Some photos just document the day, others can become hero images for a website or marketing campaign. A short video was also created set to a monologue reflection on the theme by one of the conference team.

Hybrid coverage of company conference and sports day

The Tara Group gathered all employees of their three companies together, several hundred people for a large company away day, with business updates and a fun sports day. We produced a short video, plus a lovely set of photos to document the day.

Photography documents guitar performance workshop

Guitaria music tuition offers online guitar lessons and occasionally brings students together to perform to one another, great practice for confidence, exams and performance skills. The set of photos are a useful asset for social media posts and promoting future workshops, as well as being a nice keepsake for parents.

Photography for local Christmas event

It was a pleasure to cover the Christmas lights switch on event in Chasetown. Organised by the Tara Group, this annual event features market stalls, a local school choir, brass band, grotto and lots of other festive goodness.

Photos and videos showcase highlights from psychology conference

We were delighted to be invited once again to provide photography and video coverage for the BPS Coaching Psychology Conference 2025. This year’s event offered an inspiring mix of speakers, sessions, and networking opportunities, all of which we captured through a comprehensive set of images designed to both document the conference and support the promotion of future events. In addition to the photography, we produced three bespoke videos, each with a distinct focus — highlighting key moments, insights from the theme and a focus on inclusivity for upcoming inclusion week. These videos were created to engage members, showcase the impact of the event, and help promote upcoming conferences and initiatives.
