We start by understanding your project thoroughly. What learning content or storyboards exist already? What are the technical requirements and which delivery platform will you use? We discuss design specifications and branding requirements, identify multimedia needs for video, graphics, or audio, and confirm timeline and budget constraints.
Once we understand your project, we confirm the development approach. This includes selecting the most appropriate authoring tool, determining the interactivity strategy that serves your learning objectives, identifying asset requirements such as video filming, custom graphics, or audio production, establishing the review process, and agreeing on testing protocols to ensure quality delivery.
The development work begins. We construct modules, implement the visual design and branding, create or integrate media, build interactive elements and activities, and conduct progress reviews as needed.
You review working versions of the modules and we refine based on feedback. Typically this involves 2-3 review rounds depending on project complexity. We find projects run most smoothly when feedback is consolidated from all stakeholders and technical issues are clearly separated from content concerns.
Before final delivery, we conduct comprehensive technical testing across devices and platforms, package modules in SCORM format, deploy to your LMS with verification that everything functions correctly, and hand over any source files and maintenance guidance you may need.

You provide the structured content and learning objectives. We deliver full development, polished design style, multimedia integration and interactivity for 40-60 pages of content. After comprehensive testing this can be delivered in 4-6 weeks.
This involves comprehensive technical and creative production for full lengthier courses with multiple modules with advanced levels of interactivity if required, plus custom multimedia and multiple languages.
